Mark Renehan is an ophthalmic surgeon specialising in cataract surgery and general ophthalmology.

Mark has been practicing on the Mornington Peninsula for over 25 years.
He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Monash University and holds fellowships with both the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO) and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS)
Beyond his clinical work, Mark has held significant leadership roles. He has served as the Censor in Chief for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO), overseeing education, training and accreditation in Australia and New Zealand. He spent 25 years training future ophthalmologists at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital.
Additionally, he has contributed to international ophthalmic development, participating in capacity building initiatives in countries such as Timor-Leste, Fiji and Cambodia.
He is currently Chairman of The Bays Healthcare Group, Medical Advisory Committee.
Mark is a long term resident of the Mornington Peninsula and could easily write reviews for local restaurants and wineries with his passion for food, wine and travel.
